Start with the selected plan
The public pricing page displayed $18.49 per month billed annually and $24.95 month-to-month when checked on 2 October 2026. We did not verify a selected volume for those headline amounts, so they are not a quote for your audience. Confirm the allowance, billing term, applicable fees and renewal amount in the merchant’s current plan before comparing total costs. Do not multiply a headline by your contact count.
Keep the units visible
TXT180’s public model distinguishes SMS and MMS credits. Its pricing page describes one credit for an SMS and three for an MMS per contact. Incoming SMS is included; its feature page separately identifies incoming MMS charges. Long messages, encoding and specific account behavior still need confirmation. Our calculator lets you enter the billed units per recipient rather than pretending every draft has the same cost.
Budget the gap, not just the average
A quiet month can hide the month in which several announcements coincide. Write the expected campaigns, eligible recipients and billed units for each. Add incoming media or other charges only where applicable and known. Compare that estimate with the actual included allowance. A shortfall is a planning warning, not an automatic instruction to buy a bundle. Reducing an unnecessary send may be better than increasing the plan.
Compare commitment and uncertainty
Use current quotes in the local budget worksheet. Keep setup, recurring fees and one-time extras separate. Do not assume that unused included credits and separately purchased credits have the same expiry rules. Confirm cancellation timing, access after cancellation and what happens to any remaining balance. A more expensive flexible month can be rational while audience use is uncertain; a lower annual-equivalent price is not a guaranteed saving.
The evidence behind this buying guidance
This guide draws on TXT180 pricing, TXT180 feature documentation. Merchant-controlled records describe the provider’s own capabilities, terms or standards; they do not independently validate those claims. These records do not establish independent confirmation of the product claims.
Verify any current price, plan limit, label direction, compatibility rule, or commercial term that would materially change the decision. The dated source ledger shows the underlying records so this conclusion can be checked and updated.
